We have 15 years experience of line management, matrix management and mentoring individuals in the programme and project management (PPM) profession. We believe in continuous professional development targets, not training 'budgets' - and can provide a safe space for honest conversations about professional vulnerabilities, navigating difficult situations and building confidence to progress along a path you carve yourself.
